Mobile page speed and Core Web Vitals
Google tests your page on a simulated mid-range phone on a slow connection, which is a harsher test than the one you run by opening your own site on your own wifi. Core Web Vitals come out of that test: how fast the main content appears, how much the layout jumps around, how quickly the page answers a tap.
