Authorized use

Use the service only for public websites you are authorized to assess or for ordinary public technical review. Do not use it to target private systems, bypass access controls, overload services or interfere with another website.

Diagnostic guidance

Reports are informational diagnostics. They are not guarantees of search ranking, traffic, revenue, security, legal compliance or accessibility conformance.

Availability

The service may enforce crawl, response-size and rate limits to protect both this platform and the websites it checks.

Third-party data

Optional third-party measurements may be unavailable, delayed or rate limited. Their absence does not prevent the core deterministic audit from running.

Paid services

30-day money-back guarantee. If a Complete Action Plan, competitor comparison or bundle is not useful to you, email hello@seopert.com within 30 days of paying and we refund it in full, without questions. For SEOPert Pro the same applies to your first payment; after that you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The partner fix service is sold and refunded by OwnOutright under its own terms.

Complete Action Plan ($29, one-time). SEOPert audits up to 250 pages of one website and delivers a report with step-by-step fix instructions and a developer handoff, usually within 15 minutes. The report is kept online for 12 months. If we cannot audit the site (for example it is unreachable or blocks our crawler), we will run it again once it is reachable or refund you in full.

SEOPert Pro ($19 per month). For one website: a weekly check for serious problems (site unreachable, blocked from search engines, HTTPS problems) with an email if a weekly check finds one, and a full audit of up to 100 pages every month with score history and change tracking. It is billed monthly by SEOPert through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your SEOPert Pro page; checks continue until the end of the period you have paid for. Monitoring is automated and can miss issues outside its checks or its crawl limit.

Partner fix service ($149). This work is performed by an independent SEOPert Certified Partner, certified through the OwnOutright Partners Network, not by SEOPert. OwnOutright takes the payment and your receipt comes from OwnOutright. The partner fixes up to 5 issues listed in your SEOPert report that can be changed through your website’s admin area or hosting control panel, such as page titles and meta descriptions, headings, canonical tags, noindex and robots.txt settings, XML sitemaps, image alternative text, HTTPS redirects and security headers. It does not include writing new page content, design changes, paid plugins or services, or issues that are not in your report. You give the partner temporary access and keep a current backup of your website; the work is completed within 3 business days of receiving access, followed by a new audit. If you are not happy with a listed fix, the partner redoes it free. If the work cannot start, for example because access is not provided or your platform does not allow the change, you receive a full refund; if only part of it can be completed, the unfinished part is refunded proportionally. Ask within 14 days of payment.

Referrals. Some visitors reach SEOPert through OwnOutright partners. A partner who refers you may earn a commission on your purchase. It never changes your price.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Neither SEOPert nor OwnOutright sees or stores your card details.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audits are complete, error-free or uninterrupted, and results may differ from those of search engines or other tools.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of revenue, rankings, data or business, arising from use of the service or reliance on a report. Decisions made using a report remain your responsibility.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
