Do I need an account?
Not for the free audit. Buy anything and you get one automatically — you land straight in your account after paying, and sign back in later with your email address. There is no password to lose.
Is the Complete Action Plan a subscription?
No. One payment, one site, and the plan is kept for 12 months. SEOPert Pro is the monthly one, and you can cancel it yourself at any time.
Will you fix my site?
Not yet. SEOPert tells you what is wrong and exactly what to do; the done-for-you option is being built with certified partners now.
Do you check anything for local businesses?
Yes, in every plan including the free audit. If your site looks like a business with a location or a service area, we check the phone number, address, hours, directions, local markup and your location pages, and score them as their own area. What the local check covers.
What if the audit finds nothing worth paying to fix?
Then don’t pay. The free audit is the honest version of this product — if your site is in good shape it will say so, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a longer report.
